Two elongated buildings with five and nine storeys respectively have been constructed on the Binz site in Zurich. The ensemble comprises 417 affordable residential units, including 180 furnished studio flats for employees of the Universitätsspital Zurich and 237 studio and shared rooms for students. Additional public uses on the ground floor - catering, studios, multi-purpose and communal rooms, guest rooms, launderette - will ensure a lively atmosphere and exchange of ideas.
