On historic soil in Worblaufen, on the banks of the River Aare, in the middle of peaceful nature and very close to the city of Bern, the industrial area on the Schmiedeweg was revived. A high-quality residential area with a generous and varied choice of permises was created here. The five six-storey buildings with intermediate two-storey connecting buildings are harmoniously integrated into the surroundings. A promenade with the most beautiful and direct view of the Aare connects these houses together. At the heart of the complex is the oldest, water-powered trip hammer in Switzerland.
