We process your personal data responsibly, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, in particular the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the Ordinance to the Federal Act on Data Protection (OFADP) and in accordance with this privacy policy. The EU GDPR does not apply, as our offering is aimed at the Swiss market.
You can unsubscribe from notifications and communications such as newsletters at any time. This does not apply to notifications and communications that are essential for our offering. By unsub-scribing, you can object to the statistical recording of usage for the purpose of measuring success and reach.
This website can generally be visited without registration. Data such as pages accessed or names of files accessed, date and time are stored on the server for statistical purposes without this data being directly related to your person. Personal data, in particular name, address or email address, is collected on a voluntary basis as far as possible.

3. Processing of personal Data
3.1 Termns
Personal data refers to all information relating to an identified or identifiable person. Processing includes any handling of personal data, regardless of the means and procedures used, in particular the storage, disclosure, procurement, collection, deletion, saving, modification, destruction and use of personal data.
3.2 Purpose
We primarily process personal data in order to be able to provide our services in a permanent, user-friendly, secure and reliable manner, to provide information about them and to fulfil our contractual and legal obligations. This includes in particular:
- Contractual and business activities: establishment, administration and processing of contractual relationships, registrations, orders and applications.
- Communication & support: responding to enquiries, sending newsletters, maintaining customer and business relationships,
- Online presence & marketing: provision, analysis and optimization of our website and social media pages, marketing and information about new developments and services,
- Further development: Market research, improvement of our services and operations, and product development,
- Security: Protection of our systems and buildings, including access controls,
- Compliance & enforcement: risk management, corporate governance, compliance with legal obligations and regulatory requirements, and enforcement of legal claims.
3.3 Type
Data provided: This is information that you actively provide to us (e.g. when contacting us, registering, placing an order, applying for a job, sending an email, using the contact form, social media or telephone).
Data received: We also process personal data that we receive from third parties. This is information that we receive in exchanges with customers, partners, suppliers, authorities or third parties.
Collected data: Information from publicly available sources (e.g. commercial registers, websites, reference information in the application process (with consent)), or data published by you yourself. To the extent necessary to achieve the purposes described in this privacy policy, we also collect general personal data from publicly accessible registers, websites or platforms (e.g. to verify your signing authority) or by obtaining information from third parties (e.g. for reference purposes in the application process, if you agree to this).

We process personal data for the duration required for the respective purpose or purposes or as required by law. Personal data that is no longer required for processing is anonymised or deleted.

Web analysis: We use web analysis services to evaluate the use of the website and obtain information for its optimisation. The web analysis services we use collect and store usage data using cookies.
Advertising technologies: We do not use advertising technologies on our websites.
Cookies: We use cookies and similar technologies for functionality, analysis and optimisation. Settings can be controlled via the cookie tool and your browser.
Social plugins: The social plugins used on the website may pass on data to their providers.
Contact form: We store information from forms for the purpose of processing enquiries and follow-up questions.
6. Communication, newsletters & social media
We send notifications and communications such as newsletters by email and other communication channels. These communications may contain tracking technologies that indicate whether a communication has been opened or links have been clicked. If you no longer wish to receive such communications, you can object to their dispatch at any time – either via the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting us directly.
Social media: On our social media channels, you will find posts on current developments and our range of services. The providers of the platforms collect and analyse usage data (e.g. visitor numbers, demographic information) for this purpose. We only receive aggregated or anonymised evaluations of this data. Please note the data protection information of the respective platforms.
Third-party services: We use third-party services (e.g. hosting, storage, video and payment services). These require your Internet Protocol (IP) address, as they cannot otherwise transmit the relevant content. Such services may be located outside Switzerland and the European Economic Area (EEA). These third parties may also process the collected data in an anonymised or pseudonymised form in connection with our offering.
Advertising: We also place targeted advertising (remarketing, conversion tracking), whereby these third parties can link the collected data to existing user profiles.
7. Rights of data subjects
Under the GDPR, you have the right to information, correction, deletion, the right to restrict data processing and otherwise object to our data processing.
Please note, however, that we reserve the right to assert the restrictions provided for by law, for example if we are obliged to store or process certain data, have an overriding interest in doing so (insofar as we are permitted to invoke this) or need it to assert claims.
