The focal point of the municipality's development area comprises several sites and accommodates a central complex featuring its own urban railway station and shopping facilities with the Rhine Falls directly on its doorstep. The winning proposal was one of the studies commissioned from six architectural teams and has a stepped exterior with areas open to the public on the ground floor and attractive apartments on the upper storeys.
