A new residential development is being built on the former Huggler site between Suhre and Mühleweg. The 3 to 5-storey apartment blocks form a loose building structure that integrates the old mill as the central hub. The mill can be renovated without the need for conservation orders. The new development consists of ten apartment blocks with 136 rental flats.
