Waldhaus Neuguet, Wallisellen

The striking, 50-metre high-rise building resulted from a competition conducted by Halter in 2014 involving eight well-known architectural firms. The freehold apartments offer incomparable views while many of them feature spacious private garden terraces that open up on two sides. These oases of peace and quiet are located above a base with shops, commercial and gastronomy outlets, and a hotel, directly adjacent to the Glattalbahn railway stop and the Zwicky Centre with its restaurants, Hardwald brewery and studios.

Purpose
13,000 sq.m for 100 freehold apartments, 5300 sq.m for 116 hotel rooms, 610 sq.m retail and commercial, 200 sq.m for gastronomy, 138 underground parking spaces, 32 ground-level parking spaces
