A high-quality construction project with a care centre and rental flats was realised for Solviva Care AG in a prime location in Seftigen. The focus was on the development of a modern and well thought-out care centre that offers people in need of care a high standard of living and at the same time access to an intergenerational environment. The project was developed in cooperation between the municipality of Seftigen and Solviva Care AG on the basis of the existing development plan.
