Vogt-Areal, Oberdiessbach

Vogt AG, a company based in Oberdiessbach and steeped in tradition, develops and manufactures products for the fire and emergency services. Since Vogt has decided to focus its production facility on the northern part of the site in future, it has approved the southern part for development. The quality-assured development process was carried out together with the local ‘Regionalkonferenz Bern-Mittelland’ association as part of a programme aimed at activating potential through brownfield regeneration. The result is a diverse development that looks like an extension of the village and also connects to the neighbouring business zone through different building designs. Construction is due to take place from the beginning of 2024 to the beginning of 2026.
