The project on Avenue de la Harpe involves the demolition of the above‑ground floors, the complete refurbishment of the existing basement and the construction of a new mixed‑use building. The intervention aims to sustainably optimise the rental potential of the property. The upper floors will accommodate contemporary and functional apartments. The lower and upper ground floors as well as the first floor are designated for office and commercial uses. This supports a functional mix and ensures an adequate integration into the urban fabric of Lausanne. The project will comprise 13 apartments and 6 commercial and administrative units. The transformation enhances the site while meeting current requirements in terms of architectural quality and usability.
