This is an urban and architecturally high-quality and sustainably economical residential development with a target group of best agers. The five geometrically complex point buildings are carefully embedded in the structure of the neighbourhood and the topography of the open meadow structure. With the exception of building 5, the polygonal volume is designed as a split level. The façades were structured in a classic manner with a plinth, centre section and parapet.
