A new high-quality, mixed-use building was developed at a prominent location alongside the Ilfiskreisel roundabout at the entrance to the town of Langnau i. E.. Aldi Suisse AG is the anchor tenant and opened a new branch in the semi-basement floor. On the floor above, the Langnau medical centre with integrated pharmacy moved into its premises. The remaining space contains 22 rental flats of various sizes, as well as parking facilities in the two basement levels.
