Toffematt, Toffen

Three apartment buildings with 30 condominiums are being built in a rural and well-developed location in Toffen in the canton of Bern. The visually and substantively convincing Toffematt development will offer living space for small and large families, couples and singles from spring 2024. In addition, the project offers the advantage that when buyers purchase their flat, they also join the cooperative that owns the land for the entire settlement. In this way, the owners benefit from a low-cost building lease interest, which at the same time benefits their cooperative. The new condominiums are spread over three houses; in house C, the flats also meet the LEA standard for the elderly. The flat sizes and floor plan types vary: From the 2.5- to the 5.5-room flat, there are different layouts - individualised for the different needs of the future residents. The naturally designed outdoor space ensures great biodiversity, a high quality of stay and low operating and maintenance costs.
