Centrally located in Zurich's 10th district, directly on the Limmat, is the apartment building that was used as the administrative building for the Zurich City Social Services. The city administration moved into its new building at the end of September 2022. The existing structure was completely renovated and the building was converted into a sustainable investment property with 40 apartments. The residential use is ideal due to its location in a 30 km/h zone.
