The centrally located property at Zurich's main railway station is showing its age, which is why the complete interior of 41 studios and three apartments has been renewed and modernised. In addition, the windows were replaced and the façade repainted. The renovation of the apartments took place while the tenants had moved out. However, the Migros on the ground floor remained in operation throughout the entire renovation period.
