In a central location in the middle of Zurich's 9th district, near Altstetten station, are two apartment buildings that have been used as residential buildings since they were built in 1986. Due to the age of the buildings, there was a considerable need for renovation. As part of a comprehensive modernisation, the existing buildings were completely renovated and the plumbing and wiring were replaced.
Within just eight months, the existing buildings were transformed into modern, sustainable residential buildings with a total of 38 new apartments. The central location in a traffic-calmed 30 km/h zone, combined with excellent public transport connections, makes these properties ideal for the urban residential market.
