The existing residential and commercial buildings at Güterstrasse 89 and 91 and Meret Oppenheim-Strasse 16 will be completely dismantled and replaced by new perimeter block developments. With the exception of a small central atrium, the ground floor is fully built over in compliance with the inner building line on Meret Oppenheim-Strasse, which is set back 1.5 metres. The project will mainly be built as a rental property with flats and commercial premises.
