The commercial building is in a prominent location directly on Sechseläutenplatz in the city of Zurich and was built in 1973 according to the plans of architect Werner Gantenbein in a mixed construction. The building has never been completely renovated since its construction and is therefore in need of extensive refurbishment. It is to be transformed into a contemporary, representative "house on the square". Taking into account the urban context, the building developed a strong new identity and opened up towards Sechseläutenplatz thanks to the planned glass façade. Following the renovation work, a retail company with a wide range of catering outlets moved into the ground floor and 1st basement. A financial services provider moved into its new office space on the upper floors.
