Domicil Care Centre, Bern
The new replacement building for an existing care centre was developed in partnership with Domicil Bern AG as the operator. In a separate sub-project, Baugenossenschaft Aare Bern is realising around 30 affordable rental flats. This makes the project a holistically conceived, high-quality neighbourhood building block that combines offers for young and old under its roof and is widely supported.

- Care centre with 112 care rooms and additional recreation and service rooms, catering kitchen, public restaurant, offices, various ancillary rooms, parking garage with 37 parking spaces and rooms for the public neighbourhood association.
