The new replacement building for an existing care centre was developed in partnership with Domicil Bern AG as the operator. In a separate sub-project, Baugenossenschaft Aare Bern is realising around 30 affordable rental flats. This makes the project a holistically conceived, high-quality neighbourhood building block that combines offers for young and old under its roof and is widely supported.
