A PKE CPE building complex with 162 apartments in a central location in Fribourg was renovated and additional floors were added. The buildings, which date from the 1950s, were modernised in terms of the building envelope, technical installations and energy efficiency. The work included the renovation of kitchens, bathrooms, floors, walls and ceilings. Cellars, technical rooms, storage and offices were also created and renovated. Two floors were added to the buildings on Boulevard de Pérolles and one floor on Rue Vogt. The buildings have green flat roofs and private terraces, and the apartments offer exceptional views.
