Built in 1955, this four-story building has 48 apartments spread across three entrances. On the ground floor, on the south side facing the street, there are shops and storage rooms.
The project, now complete, has given the building a new lease of life: renovation of the facades, improved thermal insulation, connection to district heating, installation of photovoltaic panels, conversion of the apartments with kitchens opening onto living rooms, and fire safety upgrades.
