The Chantegrive project is located in the centre of Prilly and forms part of the ongoing urban development in the west of Lausanne. Existing buildings are being transformed and complemented by new residential buildings, creating a clearly defined ensemble with contemporary living formats. Two existing buildings are being fully refurbished and extended by additional storeys. Six new apartments are being created at attic level. The upgraded building envelope enhances the energy performance, while green roofs contribute to the ecological quality of the site. The scheme is complemented by two new buildings comprising 56 apartments and an underground car park with 46 spaces. In total, the project delivers 62 apartments as well as a nursery. Housing and childcare are thus brought together in immediate proximity. Chantegrive is certified SNBS Gold. The project represents a sustainable, long-term development with a strong focus on residential quality.
