At the heart of the major urban development area Praille Acacias Vernets (PAV), “Îlot A – Phase 1” marks an essential step in shaping the emerging Quartier Étoile. Located in Carouge, the project comprises a 28-storey tower and two buildings of nine storeys each. A total of 319 apartments, 1,256 m² of retail space, 2,491 m² of commercial and service areas, and 1,574 m² of public facilities, including a childcare centre, will be created.
Conceived as a compact piece of city, the ensemble brings together living, working and public life. An underground car park and carefully designed outdoor spaces along the River Drize reinforce its urban integration and create an attractive, sustainable environment at the heart of the PAV.
