The new block-shaped building comprises a ground floor, four upper floors, a recessed top floor and two basement levels. It offers 49 apartments in a range of typologies, complemented by activity areas and shared spaces. The upper floors are dedicated to residential use and provide a wide variety of layouts. The basement levels accommodate storage rooms, technical facilities and an underground car park. The façade is characterised by prefabricated concrete elements that give the building a clear and distinctive architectural identity. The project is being developed to the Minergie standard and equipped with sustainable technologies to ensure high energy efficiency and a high level of comfort.
