SignyCentre is undergoing renovation to transform this major commercial site into a more modern, user-friendly and efficient space. The project comprises two buildings housing administrative and business premises, three levels of shops with around 50 retailers, and five levels of car park with a total of around 1,100 spaces. Renovation work is currently underway. The work includes upgrading the technical and security installations, while completely redesigning the mall and the outdoor facilities. These transformations will significantly improve user comfort and safety, as well as the site's energy and environmental performance.
