SignyCentre has undergone a comprehensive refurbishment, transforming this major retail destination into a more modern, welcoming and high-performing environment. The complex comprises two volumes housing office and activity spaces, three retail levels bringing together around fifty stores, as well as five parking levels providing approximately 1,100 spaces.
The works included upgrading the technical and safety installations, alongside a complete redesign of the mall and the external landscaping. These improvements have significantly enhanced user comfort and safety, while also strengthening the site’s energy and environmental performance.
