The Musy project forms part of the ongoing transformation of the wider Musy district in Fribourg. The development comprises two seven-storey residential buildings with a total of 36 apartments. Commercial uses on the ground floor broaden the local offer and help activate the street frontage. A new square and a dedicated play area introduce additional public spaces and support the social fabric of the neighbourhood.
The outdoor environment is being deliberately enhanced: increased greenery, climate-responsive open spaces and the energy refurbishment of an existing building contribute to a resilient, future-proof setting.
The project follows a Design-Build approach. Close coordination between design and construction streamlines processes and ensures consistent architectural quality.
