Located on Avenue Gratta-Paille in the north of Lausanne, BLOOM is an ambitious transformation project encompassing five buildings, including their basement levels. A comprehensive energy, technical and architectural refurbishment has thoroughly modernised the site and prepared it for the demands of the future. As a clear symbol of this metamorphosis, the façades have been completely redesigned: the original cladding has been replaced by an elegant new anodised aluminium envelope, enhancing both the development’s identity and its long-term energy performance.
BLOOM offers flexible office space of up to 600 m² per floor, complemented by a range of services including registered office (domiciliation), seminar and conference facilities, and on-site catering. Delivered through our integrated design-and-build approach, the project meets demanding sustainability standards (SNBS Gold and Minergie refurbishment) and benefits from a strategic location at the heart of the Lake Geneva region.
