The project involves upgrading and repositioning the five buildings and the basement floors of the building complex through an energy and architectural renovation. The complete renovation of the Bloom buildings fulfils the requirements of the Swiss Sustainable Building Standard (SNBS) and MINERGIE renovation labels. The Bloom project offers flexible office space, a domicile service to provide a reference address, as well as seminar and conference rooms. Bloom also provides a wide range of services and benefits from a privileged European location.
