A residential development with a total of 245 flats and 1200 sq.m of commercial space is being built on the Sagenmatt area of the former AMAG location. The project is being realised according to various ecological approaches, such as the SIA energy efficiency path. Future residents will have access to a variety of mobility solutions through public transport, car and bike sharing. The area of the stream will be renaturalised and attractive places with an exciting quality of stay will be available. The Nature & Economy Foundation has awarded the pre-certification for the particularly nature-oriented neighbourhood.
