At Leimbachstrasse 28–32 in Zurich’s District 2, a compact new development with a clear architectural language is being built and will be completed by spring 2028. The project comprises 43 owner-occupied apartments, around 80 m² of commercial space on the ground floor and 35 parking spaces, complemented by two studios for commercial use. The apartments offer a wide variety of sizes and layouts. Interior finishes can be individually designed based on four carefully coordinated design lines.
