The six buildings offer students and young adults great places to live in a central location. The foundry site is located on land with a rich history, directly adjacent to institutes of higher education and universities. The characteristic architectural elements were retained. Extensive stretches of green take account of the location's original character as well as its striking topography. Access is via a recreational and meet-up zone at the foot of the building.
