The Dianapark, built in the 1960s and 1970s, comprises three high-rise buildings and seven low-rise structures, with a total of 243 flats. As part of a comprehensive refurbishment, the residential complex will be modernised and expanded to include 57 additional flats without increasing the original floor space. Sustainability is at the heart of the project: a large photovoltaic system on the flat roofs, a modern district heating connection, and a centralised on-site power distribution system will ensure an environmentally friendly energy supply. The Dianapark blends tradition with innovation to offer a modern and sustainable living environment.
