The shopping and business centre in the Neuhegi district of Winterthur is undergoing a comprehensive modernisation that focuses on architecture, functionality and sustainability. The building envelope is being renovated in a contemporary style that increases both its aesthetic quality and energy efficiency. The interior of the centre will be completely renovated. Light colours on the walls and floors, as well as a newly developed lighting concept, create a welcoming atmosphere and optimise the quality of the stay. The wet rooms are being modernised, while the lounge areas in the mall are being given a new, user-friendly design.
