The new sloping building complex consists of 4 residential buildings, a kindergarten, a local grocery shop and parking spaces. All buildings are connected by a two-storey partially underground car park. The company's mandate includes the optimisation of the existing building project in terms of housing mix and includes additional project planning services as well as turnkey implementation.
