The AuPark complex was built on an attractive slope in the immediate vicinity of Lake Zurich and comprised five residential and commercial buildings with a total of 295 apartments, including 106 condominium units. At the heart of the development was the eponymous AuPark – a spacious green area that served as a social and recreational space for residents. With its expansive lawns and unobstructed views of Lake Zurich, the park invited residents to linger and relax.
The contractor’s services included the optimisation of the existing building project, in particular through increased densification and the adaptation of the apartment mix to meet the diverse needs of future residents. The well-planned architecture and the high-quality choice of materials created an exclusive living atmosphere with spectacular views of the Au peninsula and Lake Zurich.
