The building complex behind the railway station will create a new centre and at the same time bring about a densification of the Uster city centre. In the first stage, the three buildings will be constructed in different volumes and heights. They will be connected by a pedestal with commercial spaces, a café and access to the rental flats. The communal roof garden will serve as an ecological oasis. The basement will contain parking spaces, technical rooms, cellars, the transformer station and the manager's room. The courthouse square will be designed with a fountain, lush vegetation and open spaces.
