A striking high-rise building with high-quality architecture is being built on the Bogenstrasse site next to Kreuzbleiche. The existing residential building on the corner of Bogenstrasse and Burgstrasse will be preserved and renovated. The densification will allow the neighbouring shed halls to be fully preserved and revitalised as architectural and textile-industrial witnesses to the past. A green public square will be created on the car park next to the petrol station. The broad utilisation concept for the entire site (including the Bischoff Textil high-rise building) envisages living and working, interwoven with uses open to the public, commerce and gastronomy, so that the site represents added value for the entire neighbourhood and the city.
