This development at Brandstrasse 21, located on the Geistlich site to the north of Schlieren train station, contains 202 rental apartments and roughly 2,000 m2 of commercial space. The body of the building contains two inner courtyards (one for relaxing and the other with play equipment) and a pool for tenants on the top floor. The new amRietpark neighbourhood in Schlieren comprises the former Färbi site, which has already been developed by Halter, and the Geistlich site to the east.
