Ahornpark, Bätterkinden

With excellent transport connections and directly adjacent to the railway station, the Ahornpark in Bätterkinden is the location for a nursing centre and seven apartment buildings. The 40 places in the nursing home, 49 apartments for the elderly, 43 rental apartments and a small commercial area share an open, exterior green space and are ideal for commuting, with Solothurn just 10 minutes away and Bern 30 minutes. The project was developed by Halter Global Services working closely with a number of private land owners. The realisation of the overall project on behalf of the three building owners was completed on schedule in spring 2021.
