With excellent transport connections and directly adjacent to the railway station, the Ahornpark in Bätterkinden is the location for a nursing centre and seven apartment buildings. The 40 places in the nursing home, 49 apartments for the elderly, 43 rental apartments and a small commercial area share an open, exterior green space and are ideal for commuting, with Solothurn just 10 minutes away and Bern 30 minutes. The project was developed closely with a number of private land owners. The realisation of the overall project on behalf of the three building owners was completed on schedule in spring 2021.
