In two linear buildings directly adjacent to the station building the 4-star hotel D, a shopping centre, offices, rental flats and a public car park in the basement are accommodated. The retail spaces, the hotel entrance and the entrances to the flats are located on a two-storey plinth that rests on the level of the future station forecourt at the level of the railway tracks. Above this plinth, the hotel rooms, flats and offices are arranged in two blocks around a semi-private courtyard. This is open on two sides and offers a view of the surrounding mountains.
