The construction project comprises the complete conversion of three existing buildings into a Ruby Hotel with 221 rooms. Ideally located in the heart of Geneva, near Place du Molard, the buildings boast three entrances – two overlooking Rue du Marché and one with a view of Passage Malbuisson. The Ruby Hotel in Geneva comprises 221 rooms spread over seven floors, with a total floor area of 11,038 m², as well as a lobby located on the 7th floor. The shops on the ground floor remained open throughout the construction works.
