This early 19th-century office building in the heart of Solothurn’s old town was gutted in the mid-1990s and fitted with reinforced concrete ceilings. Used until 2017 as an office building, it was then converted into a residential and office building. Eight lovely old-town apartments are now available on the first to fifth floors, including two duplex apartments with access to the rooftop terrace. The ground level will continue to be used as a retail space.
