It was increasingly difficult to find new tenants for this nearly empty office and commercial building built in 1974. Now it’s undergoing a complete conversion with extensive structural measures. The building’s entire technology is also being replaced and the façade redesigned.

- Second and third basement levels used as storage and technical areas. Retail spaces are planned for the first basement level and ground level. The upper levels will accommodate 38 rental apartments.
