The Cœur de cité project is located in the center of Martigny on the site of the former Orsat cellars. It transforms a location historically linked to wine production into a contemporary residential development. The project includes high-quality condominiums ranging from studios to multi-room apartments. The bright and functional units are complemented by terraces or balconies with views of the surrounding vineyards and mountains. Underground parking facilities are also part of the development.
