An approximately 100-metre-high tower and around 20-metre-high annexe were built on the Messeplatz in Basel. The complex offers space for residential, commercial and retail premises, but is predominantly residential. There are commercial and restaurant/catering areas on the ground floor. From the second floor upwards there is a mix of one-bedroom studios to three-bedroom apartments. The three basement levels offer covered car parking and space for bicycles. The top floor is open to the public.
