Commercial employee EFZ
The training you undergo at Halter AG is exciting and varied. During your apprenticeship, you will rotate through different departments and operational units. As a result, you will be introduced gradually to how the real estate sector operates. Your training will be based on guidelines for basic commercial training and the ‘Baukette Schweiz’ sector’s study and performance documentation.
Requirements
- Completed elementary and secondary school (secondary school A)
- Consistently good grades in mathematics, German, English and French
- Interest in the real estate sector

In-company training in competitive sports (commercial employee EFZ)
During your operational training, you will rotate through different departments and operational units. As a result, you will be introduced gradually to how the real estate sector operates. Your training will be based on guidelines for basic commercial training and the ‘Bauen und Wohnen’ sector’s study and performance documentation.
IT technician training
During your apprenticeship, you will be introduced gradually to how systems technology works. You will learn, among other things, about building, running, expanding and monitoring networks. Your training will be based on the guidelines produced by ICT-Berufsbildung Schweiz. Please also look at the inter-company courses you can take to supplement your training.

Bricklayer EFZ
During your apprenticeship, you will work on new-builds and thus contribute to the structure’s ability to hold its value. Renovation and restoration are also important activities. You will be introduced gradually to what these involve. Your training will be based on the guidelines produced by the Schweizerischen Baumeisterverband.
