Urban development and architecture as an internal competence centre
As a developer, we shape the living space of many people in Switzerland. Conscious of this responsibility, we take an integrated approach to urban development and architecture. Our internal competence centre supports the areas of developments, overall services and renovations, particularly in the early strategic phases of project development.

We have been successfully using the design-build model in the development and realisation of projects for several years now. This is a model in which all relevant parties, i.e. clients, general contractors, architects, specialist planners, specialists, construction companies and product manufacturers, are on board at the engineering phase at the latest and pull together in the same direction - transparently, in partnership and with identical objectives. The role of architecture is central to the design-build model, as it shapes the built environment and thus the quality of life of the people in it.
With the in-house "Urban Development and Architecture" competence centre, we offer support in project development to the Halter developments, overall services and renovations divisions, particularly in the early strategic phases, and ensure that the focus is on high-quality, sustainable and functionally designed spaces from the initial idea through to actual implementation.
The close and cooperative partnership with external, recognised urban planners, architects and open space planners remains of central importance.
