«House of Interiors» offers new working environments in Zurich

We recently completed the House of Interiors project in the B2Binz development in Zurich on schedule and handed it over to the client, PSP Swiss Property.

On the ground floor and first floor of the development on Grubenstrasse, an inspiring tenant fit-out was created across approximately 3,300 m², designed by the renowned Zurich-based studio Iria Degen Interiors AG. The contemporary concept focuses on community and synergies between office and commercial uses – a forward-looking approach to new working environments.

Its realisation placed high demands on precision, coordination and the careful selection of materials. Collaboration with Iria Degen Interiors was intensive and creative, consistently meeting the highest standards of design quality. High-grade materials and a strong attention to detail define the result, evident in every space.

Within a construction period of just four months, we delivered a project distinguished by an efficient construction process, high quality standards and on-time completion. Our sincere thanks go to all partners and contractors whose commitment made this shared success possible.
