Raising ceremony: Bollwerk 15 is undergoing extensive renovation

Together with around 100 guests, we celebrated the topping-out ceremony for the Bollwerk 15 project in Bern. This is a significant milestone that not only marks the progress made on the construction site, but also recognises the excellent cooperation between all those involved.

The listed building is undergoing extensive renovation, with a clear focus on upgrading the building services and office space from the first floor upwards. On the ground floor, the existing catering areas are being redesigned and given a new usage concept. Special attention is being paid to the historic sandstone façade, which is being carefully restored. The roof is also being completely renovated, down to the basic structure. All windows and shop windows are being replaced with new, heritage-compliant elements.
