Our two-year trainee programme is geared towards graduates from the fields of architecture or civil engineering who demonstrate a thirst for knowledge and a drive to develop their skills. It offers an introduction to the world of real estate development, from the initial potential study to project development, and all the way through to execution on the construction site. In doing so, we seek to draw out and develop the strengths of the programme participants, while providing a firm footing for outstanding trainees in the Halter Group over the medium to long term.
