ewl Site, Lucerne
On the grounds of the current ewl site, ewl Areal AG is to build a new security and service centre including apartments. The plans envision a mixed, sustainable, upscale quarter for residential, commercial and recreational use with an environmental focus. The architectural past and the history of the grounds will be retained with the preservation of the Red House in the new quarter. Following a comprehensive service study comprising multiple stages, the ARGE Halter/Eberli won over the evaluation committee with its ‘Rotpol’ project.
