Ziegelhöfen, Basel

The Ziegelhöfen project is located on the south-western outskirts of Basel. The premises – part of a 1930s perimeter development – has been replaced by a new building for sheltered and assisted living. The target group for the new residential complex are people with mental health needs (mainly women). The social housing project comprises two units, offering targeted support tailored to the circumstances of the residents: ‘Haus Leonhard’ with 12 residential units and ‘Wohncoaching Mobile’ with 13 1.5-room apartments.
