The Xaver project in Binningen included the demolition of two residential properties built in the 1950s and construction of a total of six apartment buildings with affordable rental apartments serving as long-term investments for a joint heirship. A digital architecture competition was carried out beforehand to ensure a high-quality project solution both economically and in terms of urban planning.
